Whatever the bike you own, be it a Commuter, Hybrid, Road, Gravel, Triathlon, TT or MTB here at Gosforth Bike Repair we can maintain them all.

We offer race preperation for road bikes and Time trial/Triathlon bikes.

We will box your bike for travel and rebuild it for you after your trip

We can provide industry safety checks, regular service or specific repairs.

If you have bought a bike "on-line" or from a shop and it arrives in a box, we can build it for you and offer a free follow up check, to make adjustments to brakes and gears, after initial use.

We carry out customisations to bikes, custom builds, wheel truing and wheel building.

All work is carried out by an IMI level 2/3 qualified technician and quality is guaranteed.

We have provided mechanic services at Gravel events and Triathons internationally

Our workshop is in Heaton, Newcastle NE6.

Service costs are for labour only ( except where specified parts are included as service items).  Once a bike has been assessed, if any parts need to be replaced, we will discuss with you and agree costs before proceeding.

There is still a shortage of some spare parts following Covid and global supply chain issues.  We carry a stock of workshop parts but specific items may need to be sourced and ordered in.  

We operate an appointment system only for the workshop so if you want to visit get in touch with us to ensure that we can accomodate you.

We can only assess and work on clean bikes.  If required, a cleaning cost will be quoted.
